How do you ensure the freshness of my order?

All Atome Bakery products are baked to order on the morning of shipment. We use specialized, eco-friendly thermal packaging and expedited shipping to ensure your bread and pastries arrive with that 'just-out-of-the-oven' quality.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we have a dedicated selection of plant-based and gluten-sensitive treats. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that all our items are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, nuts, and dairy.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide across the continental United States. To maintain product integrity, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar. This is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or planning your weekend brunch in advance.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

How should I store my bread once it arrives?

For the best experience, we recommend consuming our bread within 2 days of arrival. If you wish to save it for later, our loaves freeze beautifully. Simply wrap tightly in foil and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
